CEREMONY (max time is 1 hour)

LOCATION: Pennsylvania Courtyard

A gracious, open-air courtyard suited to a ceremony of up to 400 guests.  Alternative indoor location due to inclement weather is Anderson Theater. (Additional $1100 ceremony fee).

RESERVED: 6pm-7pm

Max time to use location for ceremony is 1 hour (doesn't include setup time which they give you 45min prior to ceremony to setup)

45 minute setup (5:15pm-6pm)

• DJ sets up speaker & stand, connects iPad via Bluetooth and lapel mic
• Test MIC
• Test Range for iPad/Bluetooth
• Start Pre-Ceremony Music Playlist
• chairs get setup

1 hour ceremony (6pm-7pm)

• Guests arrive and sit
• DJ Plays Processional Song (Canon in D) and wedding party enters
• DJ Plays Here comes the bride - bridal chorus (bride walks down aisle)
• Minister marries couple and says, "And now for the first time, May I introduce Mr and Mrs Peyton Craft
• DJ Plays The Wedding March (piano) barrymoore
• Grab Speaker, Stand, Microphone and iPad and get to reception to play cocktail music
• Pictures for bride/groom and cocktail music begins at 6:30pm

7:55pm - Father Daughter (My Wish - Rascall Flats)

8:00pm - Mother Son (She Will Be Loved - Maroon5)

8:05pm - Blessing/Toast (Thom Hardesty - no music played)

8:10pm - Dinner Served (Dinner Music)**HARD SET (play somewhat upbeat music)

8:20pm - Cake Cutting (Marry You - Bruno Mars)

8:30pm - Speeches (no music .. just the mic)

8:35pm - sunset pictures (UpBeat PopJazz)

9:00pm - Anniversary Dance (Forevery and Ever Amen)

9:15pm - Bouquet Toss (Crazy in Love)

9:20pm - Garter Removal (Mission Impossible)

9:25pm - Garter Toss (Another One Bites the Dust)

9:30pm - Open Dancing

11:30pm - BAR CLOSES **HARD SET BY VENUE

11:50pm - Last Dance (Sweet Caroline)
