How do I preview a song in Serato's Scratch Live?



First open your System Settings on your MacBook and then click on Sound and ensure it is set for internal/built-in (not HC4500).



Now in Serato Scratch Live as you are browsing through your files you want to preview a song, click once on it to highlight the song and press CTRL + o and this will launch iTunes (or whatever your default media player is). If you have your headphones plugged into your Macbook you'll hear the song while your main play list is still playing through your SL-1 out to your main speakers.
