Some beautiful property up north
The tiny house has a bathroom. It is 3' wide by 11'5 With a Toilet, sink and if I remember correctly a 32" x 32" shower. Also has septic tank there. The bathroom is on other side of kitchen wall.

pool is 18 ft round
Taxes are  $565 for the year. We made every thing there portable. Nothing permanent except I guess the old shed that's made into guest cabin

We also had Hughes net and DTV out there too -Worked great!

hot tub is 4 person....and that big patio table/chairs is not included. But there is a smaller one with 4 chairs that is.
