Mansory Lamborghini Revuelto Turns Carbon Fiber And 1,100 HP Into Pure Excess

(0 reviews)

If you look at a Lamborghini Revuelto and somehow come away with the impression that it's too subtle, too slow, and too common, Mansory has the solution in the form of its one-off Carbonado X Damask. Not only is the car covered in chocolate-colored carbon fiber, but the body kit adds more intakes, strakes, and vents than it's possible to count, including a functional roof scoop, helping boost the 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 from 814 horsepower to 917 hp. That means overall output from the hybrid powertrain jumps from 1,001 hp to 1,104 hp. The result is a car that bludgeons your cornea and kidneys in a way only Mansory can pull off, booting any semblance of nuance out the door without a second thought. Let's take a closer look, even if we'd rather not.

Mansory doesn't claim any additional performance from the Carbonado conversion, relying exclusively on the wow factor of the body kit to sell itself. At the front, the new look includes a hood with vents that give the Revuelto a hint of SVJ flavor. Between these vents, an illuminated Mansory logo sits, complementing the Mansory shield on the nose. The wider arches feature numerous louvers that call to mind the Huracán STO, and behind the front wheels, the fins directing air down the side of the vehicle get new flicks that look like they'll destroy the ankles of any distracted passersby. This build features FV.10 Carbon forged wheels measuring 10x21 inches at the front and 125x22 inches at the rear.

Further back, the door draws the eye to an enormous intake opening and buttresses connecting the louvered rear arches to the roof, atop which that triangular scoop sits. New mirror caps also appear, and the rear end gets a top-hung wing just behind the new engine cover. An obscenely large exhaust finisher reminiscent of that on the Apollo Intensa Emozione sits between the taillights and above a massive diffuser with an F1-style center light and more strakes and vanes than a cheese grater. There's also a Mansory shield on the right-hand side of the rear end, ensuring that everyone knows who's responsible for the, er, unique look. Despite all the extra bodywork, Mansory says the 0-62 mph sprint drops from 2.5 seconds to 2.3 seconds.

Mansory Reimagines Revuelto Cabin with Carbonado X Damask

The one-off creation wouldn't be complete without a comprehensively revised interior, and Mansory has worked on pretty much every element in here, going as far as to relocate the start button to the roof, leaning further into the jet-fighter feel Lamborghini hints at. Dark Alcantara with orange accents covers the entire cabin, with the door cards gaining a backlit MANSORY script. More of the unusual, Damascus-like pattern appears on the center console, the steering wheel (with shift lights), the shifter paddles, the dash, and even some of the switchgear. The pedals and floor mats are new, too, and the seats get illuminated logos below the headrests. It's a wild transformation inside and out, and doubtless costs a fortune, but does it look good? We've got nothing against brown cars; they usually look subtly elegant. In this case, however, there's only one word that comes to mind, and it's a synonym for something else that usually comes out brown.
