Data Residency and Processing

Updated the Bot Defense section of the Data Residency and Processing Reference to add Sydney and São Paulo to the list of Persistent storage locations,remove "North Virginia/Oregon" from the LATAM list, and change all references of "Bot Defense Basic" to "Bot Defense Standard".
